- As August is almost up so are few deadlines. As of 08/31/2019, the current I9 form is set to expire. According to Homeland Security, they will continue with the current form with some minor changes. Make sure that you keep up to date with these forms.
- The DOL has sent a new Federal rule for Overtime and Exempt Status for review. If you are NYS employee this will not impact your business as NYS already has more stringent requirement on Exempt Vs Non-Exempt Status.
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training must be completed by 10/09/19 for all employees currently on staff. All new hires must have training completed no later than 30 days from date of hire.
