SEE HR & Recruiting is a minority-owned Human Resource and Recruiting firm located in Rochester, NY. We are dedicated to bringing corporate style Human Resource Services to small business at an affordable price. We also provide recruiting, resume and interview services. SEE HR & Recruiting was named after the founder’s three children, Sibelle, Elijah, and Emmanuel. Herman is dedicated to his family and to his business.

Herman L. Parson III established SEE HR & Recruiting in August of 2018. Prior to Herman creating SEE HR & Recruiting, he worked in the Benefits and Human Resources field for 17 years. Herman’s major experience in the HR world is the handling of employee relations and implementing strong employee review formats. Notably, he created a review format for the benefit call center of a Fortune 500 company. Herman has an equal amount of experience in workplace benefits. He maintained his Life, Accident, and Health license for 10 years. He continues to stay up to date on the creation and implementation of strong employee benefits cultures. Herman has a strong belief in remaining up-to-date on the latest HR trends and requirements. He is SHRM certified and attends multiple Human Resources conferences a year, often giving presentations. While running and growing SEE HR & Recruiting, Herman does take some time off. During that time, he is in active member in his local community. Herman coaches youth football and basketball, along with coaching at the Modified and JV high school levels of football and basketball. He currently sits on a board to help revitalize his community and find ways to bring more businesses and productivity into his small town.

Taylor Slavin is the HR Admin for SEE HR & Recruiting, serving as the cornerstone of our daily operations. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Taylor adeptly manages the day-to-day needs of our valued clients. As the primary contact for all letters, documents, and initial inquiries, Taylor ensures seamless communication and support within SEE HR & Recruiting.
In addition to her administrative duties, Taylor plays a pivotal role in maintaining Herman’s client commitments while also spearheading our company’s vibrant social media presence. Drawing from her background in photography and social media management, Taylor infuses creativity and innovation into our online platforms, effectively showcasing SEE HR & Recruiting’s unique offerings and fostering engagement with our audience.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Taylor is a passionate photographer who finds joy in capturing life’s precious moments. Outside of the office, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, embracing every opportunity to create lasting memories.
With her multifaceted talents and unwavering dedication, Taylor Slavin is instrumental in propelling SEE HR & Recruiting forward and shaping its success both online and offline.
