Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
New York State law requires all employers to provide annual, interactive sexual harassment prevention training to every employee, regardless of business size or industry. This includes full-time, part-time, seasonal, and temporary staff. Employers must ensure their training meets or exceeds the state’s minimum standards, covering definitions and examples of sexual harassment, federal and state laws, complaint procedures, employee rights, and supervisory responsibilities.

Training Options and Pricing
Online Training & Assessment: $60 per participant
In-Person Training: $75 per participant
Annual completion is required, with a deadline of December 31st each year. Employers are encouraged to maintain records of participation to demonstrate compliance in the event of an audit or claim.
