Herman L. Parson III established SEE HR & Recruiting in August of 2018. Prior to Herman creating SEE HR & Recruiting, he worked in the Benefits and Human Resources field for 17 years. Herman’s major experience in the HR world is the handling of employee relations and implementing strong employee review formats. Notably, he created a review format for the benefit call center of a Fortune 500 company. Herman has an equal amount of experience in workplace benefits. He maintained his Life, Accident, and Health license for 10 years. He continues to stay up to date on the creation and implementation of strong employee benefits cultures. Herman has a strong belief in remaining up-to-date on the latest HR trends and requirements. He is SHRM certified and attends multiple Human Resources conferences a year, often giving presentations. While running and growing SEE HR & Recruiting, Herman does take some time off. During that time, he is in active member in his local community. Herman coaches youth football and basketball, along with coaching at the Modified and JV high school levels of football and basketball. He currently sits on a board to help revitalize his community and find ways to bring more businesses and productivity into his small town.
